Pre-orders are orders for items that have not been released yet to us from the manufacturer. We’ve already ordered the items from the manufacturers, but they are not released til a later date. The benefit of pre-orders is that you’re reserving highly collectible items in mint condition without having to drive around to stores to find them! The price doesn’t change based on scarcity or stock! The cool thing is we guarantee you your item! If you’ve pre-ordered with us then you’re set, no hours of searching for your collectible item in stores (unless the manufacturer cancels the release of the item).
Pre-order Payments/when am I charged?
As of December 6th, 2017 we charge your credit card immediately when you order your pre-order items. This eliminates delays from declines, authorizing errors etc. so that when the product arrives to us we can immediately ship it out to you guys. We only put products up for pre-order that we have a sufficient amount of on order to fulfill. All pre-orders are fulfilled before we put them out to the general public. We do our best to help each individual collector.
When will I see my item?
We try to keep the product listings up to date with the most recent information we have about each different pre-order. We ship each pre-order within 48 hours of the whole order being in our warehouse (yes even weekends). However be aware that the product dates given to us by manufacturers are estimates and we have no control over whether or not they will abide by them. We see some items arriving later than they should, and some items arriving sooner than they should, but either way we ship them to you as soon as they get into our warehouses. We await them as eagerly as you do (we’re collectors as well)!
If an pre-order item is a bundle or a set and one item in the bundle or set is delayed. The whole bundle will be held until the item arrives. If you’ve ordered items that are currently in stock along with future pre-orders, those in stock items will be held until the entire order arrives to be shipped. Unless you contact us a specifically request to pay additional shipping for the in stock portion of the order, or just order in-stock items separately.
Why do I see the items I ordered in store already?
We are a medium size niche toy website that exists specifically to help shoppers collect toys. Some big box retailers are obviously much larger than we are. They order tens of thousands of an item that we order hundreds of. They are usually catered to by manufacturers more than we are and pick their products up directly from manufacturers (we have to wait for ours to get shipped to us). We try to differentiate ourselves from those big box stores in our service value we offer to our customers. We are constantly running sales online (we have some seriously good prices on stuff y’all) and we take extremely good care of the items we shipped (all items are hand packaged and wrapped). We really want to individually cater to your collections, and provide good services so that you don’t have to go drive around to stores to find stuff.
I did not receive an order confirmation or I did not receive a receipt?
We use an automated system to send out your order confirmation (which is your receipt). If you do not think you received one please check your junk or spam folder. If you can’t find one there please email us at [email protected] and we will fix that for you.
I need to change my address for an order?
Please email us with your order number and new address. We will fix that for you.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order by emailing us, depending on the order size and arrival date we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 10%.
